WHAT IS A CO-OWNERSHIP UNION ?

The syndicate of co-ownership is a legal person legal person, composed of two bodies: a board of directors and a meeting of co-owners. He is trained in order to preserve the condition of the building, administer the common areas, ensure the protection of the rights relating to the building, and ensure compliance with the provisions contained in the declaration of co-ownership and applicable laws by all occupants of the building.

Note: Beyond ensuring the conservation of the inventory, article 1046 of the Civil Code of Quebec provides for the obligation of the latter to maintain them at the level, i.e. to initiate ad hoc work for keep in good condition.
