Me Justin Lazure

Maître Justin Lazure is a young and dynamic lawyer who joined Force-Legal Inc. in January 2025. Member of the Barreau du Québec since 2024, he mostly focuses his practice on corporate, commercial and real estate law. He has a keen interest in the corporate world and contractual issues, and he assists entrepreneurs and companies with the legal structuration of their projects, the negotiation and writing of complex contracts, and the proactive management of their legal obligations.

His education in civil law at the University of Ottawa, crowned by multiple academic distinctions such as mentions on the Dean’s honour list, is a testament of his academic excellence and consistency. Throughout his studies, Maître Lazure got involved in enriching field placements, most particularly in the Small Claims Division of a legal office specialized in corporate law and civil litigation, and as a legal assistant at the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield courthouse. These experiences enabled him to gain concrete competences in business law as well as representation before the court, especially the Tribunal administratif du logement.

Former hockey player in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), all throughout his high-level sports career, Maître Lazure developed essential humane and professional qualities: discipline, resilience, team spirit and stress management. Today these attributes are noticeable in his practice of the law, as he approaches each file with the same intensity and rigor as he would a sport performance. His successful transition from sports to his legal profession illustrates his capacity to adapt and his commitment to excellence.
