SÉBASTIAN PROULX-GARCIA

A member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2015, Maître Sébastian Proulx-Garcia is a rational and organized man. He first took an interest in natural sciences. However, his unequivocal penchant for entrepreneurship influenced his university career and led him to the Faculty of Law of Université de Sherbrooke, where he completed his studies.

Maître Proulx-Garcia has had an impressive professional career complemented by a strong social commitment. Over the years, he has been very involved in many activities for young people and has joined many sports teams in his region, Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Whether as a player or a coach, his team spirit and competitiveness provide him with remarkable focus that he also applies in his daily work with the entrepreneurs he advises and whose rights he defends.

Multilingual and able to write in several languages (French, English and Spanish), Maître Proulx-Garcia joined Force-Legal as a legal trainee. The confidence he inspires and the rigour with which he practises business law quickly became a distinct advantage for clients of the firm in which he chose to pursue his career. His knowledge of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges area and its entrepreneurs is also an asset: “I grew up in the region where I practise. This is a unique opportunity for me to contribute to the success of our young entrepreneurs, who are often people I have been and remain close to,” he explained.

In business law, Maître Proulx-Garcia’s focus is on corporate law, drafting contracts of all types, and the acquisition and sale of businesses in order to be an invaluable business law reference for entrepreneurs who wish to start a business or develop their business to its full potential.
